The Apelacion Z Tree

This nice specimen of a bent, "Z"-shaped tree limb is a live oak tree. It is located in the Colorado River Indian Basin Trailway of Travis County. This is a very contorted manipulation of a live oak tree limb whose significance is still undetermined.
